AHMAD ANBAR operates the Anbar platform at anbar.tech. We act as a data controller for account and billing data, and as a data processor for customer conversation data submitted by our business subscribers.

In the event of a personal data breach, Anbar will take reasonable steps to contain, investigate, and remediate the incident. We will provide notifications to supervisory authorities, customers, and affected individuals within the timeframes required by applicable law and, where required, without undue delay.

If you connect a Meta account or use Anbar through Facebook Messenger or Instagram, you may request deletion of the Meta-related data held by Anbar. The request removes matching conversations, messages, contact records, and any Facebook/Meta OAuth user record associated with the request.
Submit the deletion request through Meta's in-app controls or contact support@anbar.tech. Requests received through Meta's signed data-deletion callback are processed automatically and return a confirmation code and status URL.
Where data is transferred outside your country, the parties should assess the transfer and put in place appropriate safeguards required by applicable law. Depending on the use case, these may include Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms. Contact us for the current sub-processor and transfer information relevant to your account.
